Mechanic didn't know what he was doing took my truck there because my truck was leaking antifreeze and overheating they told me it was the thermostats and what it would cost I said ok they fixed tht and then I found out from them it wasn't my thermostats And tht the mechanic couldn't figure out what was wrong with me truck but they still charged me 518 dollars for nothing because my truck still didn't get fixed and I had to still pay 518 for nothing because the mechanic packed the ability to be able to try to figure out what the problem was poor services for people that need there car repaired only to not have it fixed but still charge a high price because the mechanic couldn't figure out what was wrong and just guessed and was still wrong bad for business !!

EXCELLENT CAR REPAIR SHOP.....THIS SHOP...USES...TOP QUALITY PARTS...LABOR IS EXCELLENT...PRICES ARE GREAT.....HUSBAND AND WIFE BUSINESS....10 BIG STARS....TO THIS REPAIR SHOP...MY F 150 TRUCK...WAS RUNNING TERRIBLE....THEY TOLD ME WHAT WAS ...WRONG....GIVE ME THE PRICE UP...FRONT...AFTER CHECKING OUT MY TRUCK....MY F 150 TRUCK....RUNS LIKE ITS....BRAND NEW....VERY HONEST ...PEOPLE..........THANK YOU....JCB SR

Was looking for assistance to find out if an old car that had been sitting for a while was able to be started and the service lady for Myers wouldn't even allow me to pay to have it brought in and checked. Worst customer service I have dealt within a long time. I've been in customer service for over 23 years. I would never talk to or handle a customer the way Myers. front desk did. Just rude about the situation. It's clear that if they can't make significant money off of you. Then they're not going to help you! Very poor!

Took my car to Greg and Holly automotive performance shop to get my check engine light on and found it to need to replace thermostat in my radiator. Was very pleased with service and this being my 3rd visit I am glad to find a shop that is very local and wt very honest people. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Myers is hands down the best of the best here in town. They're honest, fair priced and their customer service is unmatched. Hope is a pleasure to talk to and always ensures a timely diagnosis review of all problems, big or small. You can call and speak with her or even text if that better fits your daily agenda. The last 2 occasions I had to have work done was October on my wife's Kia and today on my daughters Ford. Each time the group at Myers identified the issue within hrs and got us back up and on our way. Hope has stayed after hours to receive payment and/or turn my keys back over. I could go on and on but just know Myers is the best there is outside of taking your vehicle to a manufacturers dealership service department and of course way more cost efficient as well.
